How It Works...Step 1: Drop off your goods at our store at 31 Marion Street or give us a call with any questions you might have including the estimated TradeMe value of your item.
Step 2: We will evaluate your item (please click here to see what types of items we can sell) and through our advanced search techniques show you what the recent average selling price on same or similar items are on TradeMe. While your item may sell for more or for less, this will give you a realistic expectation of what kind of $$$ you can expect to get for your item.
Step 3: Our expert staff will then take professional digital photos, do research, write detailed descriptions, handle all bidder emails, process the payment, professionally package the item, and ship it to the buyer. Until the item is shipped it will remain in our secure, insured environment.
Step 4: Receive your cheque in the mail!
What's the time frame...Typically, you can expect to receive a cheque in the mail 30 days from the date your item sells. In some cases, delayed payment by winning bidders may lengthen this time frame.
What if my item doesn't sell... We can re-list it for an additional listing fee
You can pick it up within 10 days of auction close*
We can donate it to charity and mail you a receipt
